BEFORE YOUR SESSION: All Clients must answer the following health screening questions prior to their session via appointment confirmation or reminders (email / text), and at time of session.
Client will be asked to remain in their cars at the time of their appointment and await contact from their therapist to enter the clinic and head right into your treatment room. No additional visitors will be allowed to wait in the clinic.
Upon arrive use sanitizing hand gel available at door entry. There are several sanitizing stations placed throughout the clinic as well as in each individual treatment room.
Your treatment room table and all surfaces will be medical grade sanitized including, door handles, drawer handles, cabinets stools, and light switch. The treatment table will be fully sanitized and prepared with clean sheets and a face cradle cover.
DURING YOUR SESSION: Massage therapists will wear a face mask. Face masks are also required to be worn by the client all times while within the clinic including during treatment.
Blankets on the treatment table have been removed from treatment rooms until further notice and have been replaced with two sheets for warmth and to protect modesty.Please let us know how we can make you more comfortable should your require additional coverage.
AFTER EACH SESSION: A 30 minute turnover period between each session will be in place to perform deep cleaning sanitization within the treatment room and allow for ventilation in this time frame.
FACILITIE UPGRADES: Orthomed Massage Clinic has strict safety standards in place to maximize safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our clinic has been safety certified by the standards of the CDC and state guidelines with safety measures in place to safely receive you at your next visit.
AIR QUALITY PLAN: We have made many upgrades to the clinic including complete installation throughout the facility with hospital grade air filtration with maximal air exchange rate far exceeding the square footage in every treatment room. Ventilation protocols are in place for windows to expedite movement of air flow.
